Founded in 1995 as a Joint Venture between Purico Group, Minfeng Special Paper Company and CNTC produces quality tobacco papers to global standards.

Manufacturing facility is based in Jiaxing, China close to Shanghai and it currently produces 9,000 tons per annum. Manufacturing certified to IS09002.
